RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at info@9septembre.be, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. They may have been tried on, but must not have been worn beyond what is necessary to check their size, fit and characteristics.

Items must be returned clean, unwashed, undamaged and, where applicable, with the tags that were attached when delivered.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Return Shipping and Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

After informing us of your decision to return an item, you are free to choose the carrier and shipping method of your choice. However, we recommend choosing a shipping method that allows the parcel to be tracked.

Return instructions and the address to which the return should be sent will be provided when you request a return.

Damaged or Defective Items and Order Errors

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us promptly at info@9septembre.be if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received an item different from the one you ordered.

We will review the situation in order to offer you an appropriate solution. Where the issue results from an error on our part or a defect for which we are responsible, the necessary return shipping costs will not be charged to you.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, as well as certain sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The fact that an item is on sale or discounted does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items.

If you would like a different size, colour or item, you may return the item concerned in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you that it has been processed.

The refund will be made in accordance with applicable legislation using the same payment method used for the original order, at no additional cost to you.

With your express agreement, the refund may also be made by bank transfer. In this case, we will ask you to provide the bank details required to process the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
